GLO Webcasting produced a stand-alone event video of the Edinburgh Centre of Carbon Innovation showcase and launch at the Edinburgh University School of Informatics. It included filming the main speeches, delegates networking, interviews with exhibitors and VIPs.

GLO used DSLR cameras to create a cinematic feel to the event video. Our filming included the exhibition stands themselves for increased exhibitor brand presence.

We added some graphical elements such as opening and closing animations and lower thirds showing the presenters’ organisation and web address. This was great for raising the exhibitors’ profile.

The high definition video was delivered to the client in full length and as a shorter edit. We also chopped the interviews up into individual chunks for maximum exposure on YouTube.

The event video was uploaded onto YouTube and embedded onto the Edinburgh Centre of Carbon Innovation’s website.
