Association Virtual Conference

The Project

Our client asked us to create a virtual version of a high profile business tourism conference. This would allow delegates and those who could not attendĀ to watch the presentations in an engaging and dynamic way. We were also asked to film vox-pop interviews of some delegates during the event for the client website. These would be used to generate interest in next year’s conference.

What we did

A two-man crew filmed all conference sessions in addition to a twin stream of breakout sessions. We used our interview kit, which includes a DSLR with high quality lenses, radio microphones and LED light panels, to record the interviews during the drinks reception. In post production we then created the virtual conference sessions, by matching the presentation slides with the video content. This is a labour of love and absolutely worth the effort! We host both the HD video and all slides on our high quality web hosting facilities.
